About "Finding Myself in Syria" I agree with you because your alone without your husband, you can't do any thing only teaching there.But, You have call to your husband all day a week.

Weekly practice
1. Practice Smiling: Close your eyes and think of something that makes you smile. Smile into your eyes and feel your eyes relax. Feel as if your eyes are floating gently within your eye sockets. Feel a loving, peaceful feeling in your eyes and let that spread throughout your body. Slowly open your eyes and carry that feeling with you and share it with others.
2. Practice learning how to breathe: Breathe more deeply. With your awareness in your lungs, feel the sensations of your breath breathing itself into your lungs. Fill up your lungs totally with your breathing. Smile into your heart and lungs as your breathe. Feel as if you are breathing through every pore in your body, not just through your lungs. Continue this as a daily practice.
